حضرت مولانا مُفتی پیر غُلام مُصطفیٰ قاسمی امرتسریؒ ، برِّ صغیر کے ناموّر ولی ہو گُزرے ہیں۔ آپکی تاریخِ پیدائیش کے بارے معلُوم نہیں۔ قناعت و اِستغناء آپکی سیرت کا طُرہّ ہے۔ فتویٰ نویسی مُستقل شغل تھا۔ آپ نے کئی تصانیف چھوڑیں ۔ ماھنامہ ، ً انوارِ مُحمدی ،ً میں مسیحی مشنریوں اور قادیانیوں کے اعتراضات کا جواب دیتے رہے۔ مذہباّ حنفی اور مشرباّ نقشبندی تھے۔ یکم محرم ۱۳۵۲ ھ { ۲۶۔ اپریل ۱۹۳۲ء } کو وِصال فرمایا۔
